Iāve been experiencing it since I was a kid and yeah, it usually starts with sleep paralysis then a little bit of struggle then voila, I just separated from my body. I could actually watch my body sleeping but I never attempted to walk around. I usually just tuck myself back into my body then pray to God to put me back coz I usually donāt stick right away. And thatās usually how I get back.
Sometimes there are bad energies and sometimes none.
It is only now that I understood that itās actually an initial process for astral travel.
It doesnāt happen to me anymore because I sleep beside my dog and he wakes me up everytime he senses an episode. Oh and Uhh I always leave at least 1 light open during bed time.

So it runs in my family. Both my parentsā¦my siblings and my children all have it and I suspect my young grandchildren do also but itās kinda early to tell. So one day my daughter wakes up emotionally overwhelmed and cryingā¦ said she traveled to NY city (had never been there before) and she was scared she wouldnāt be able to come backā¦but then she did. After hearing thisā¦I treated my paralysis a bit differently than I normally wouldā¦I traveled back to the early 80āsā¦I could hear Wheel Of Fortune game show on a neighbors TVā¦I was laying in my old bed in my old room in my young child body. I lay there for a minute just being in the moment before coming back. Iām scared to do it againā¦I long for the 80ās but I donāt wanna be found dead in my sleep by my children and grandchildren because I left them to go back in time. Anybody understand?
