The ridgegourd peel has nutrients & fibre richer than the gourd itself .
Like most of the people I have tried the peel chutney & kind of bored with this single recipe to make use of the peel
I have tried this peel sauce out of curiosity & found out that it’s a good idea
For people who are conscious about zero vegetable waste & who wants to have a light dinner allowing good digestion can definitely try this out .
Basically this is a vegetable stew in ridge-gourd peel sauce . Do let me know your opinion about this recipe .
