Hear me out. A mixture of salsa (I just used pace medium heat salsa) original tobasco & garlic powder. I know it sounds a bit strange but the mixture of flavors was spot on with the umami from the tomato, heat & vinegar from tobasco & savory bite from the garlic. Also I’m sure you could mix it up to whatever your preferences are (real garlic instead of powder, Louisiana instead of tobasco, etc.)

You should try Queen Majesty Scotch Bonnet and Ginger hot sauce.

In my opinion, although most americans are gonna be shocked by what I'll say, is that I find, that the Tabasco habanero sauce pairs best with Steak Tartare and fries. You should give it a try, if it is not too "weird"
