Cheap non-recyclable interior decoration ie. Headboard in the 2nd floor bedrooms attached to wall which means the purpose of these rooms cannot change and the bed has to remain in that position, the tiling in the top floor bathroom is photographed particle board to look like real marble or stone, as is the low quality laminate "pretend" timber flooring, finally the instant "living" wall is plastic with fake planting which disperse tiny plastic particles into the air and destroys the habitats of the birds and bees. Its fine to walk through an IKEA showroom with this kind of showcase decor, but to fit out a entire house then stick on an extortionate price tag of over £1million using this type of material is not OK.

Just as amazing is all the (hate) from people who
comment on these channels. They know absolutely
nothing. If you've got 1.6 million in the bank and
want a well appointed house,... a mini version of the
well appointed big mansions,... with neo modern
classical styling that is popular in newly renovated
properties as this one is,...then tis is a bargain.

Do you know what, 1.6 mil is a rip off, however I’ve seen other townhouses in other parts of London that are maybe only slightly bigger than this, and they’re like 10 million.

Even as a Londoner, there's no way that this house is worth this much! lol - even if the current owners (or rather, a developer) has 'high specced' it throughout. It is NOT a £1.6M house anyday of the week....this is insanity. It's not funny either.
You could get an 6 bedroom mansion in the countryside - with acres of land....in addition to a very generously sized back garden.
London house prices are a total joke. They're a scam, essentially. Not good value for money at all.
