That is sick!! My heart goes out to these families 😢💔 We live in Iowa and paid flood insurance when we bought our house. I researched and found our HOUSE was NOT in the flood plain! Cancelled flood insurance and got a refund. After Katrina we suddenly got notification of flood insurance AGAIN.
