When uploading evidence for multiple conditions, should I:
(1)-Put all documents for each condition in a single zip file?
(2)-Just upload all files as individual files (pdf, doc, xls, etc)?
When writing my personal statement, if it is too long for the VBA-21-4138-ARE form, I am referencing my statement in the space provided on the form and putting the content in a separate PDF named "PersonalStatement_Condition.pdf". My question is, inside the PersonalStatement_Condition.pdf, should I sign the bottom of it or is it considered signed since it's referenced inside the VBA-21-4138-ARE?

True Story. When I "crafted" my relatively short Migraines statement, I knew it was on the money. All the parts in place, in order. Later i saw it had a "records review only" scheduled in a few weeks. In 1 week I saw it done and a few days later my rating changed from 90 to 100. Odd that the decision letter later didn't even give an actual rationale, just approved. The claim was that solid.
