The Indonesian king verochan was sent to patal loka,the underworld. This underworld is actually a place under globe (since india was central, even greeks followed same map, the opposite of india on globe would be south america). You can check it through 'Antipod' maps which shows opposite side of a place on map.

This verochan king of bali island is veracocha of incas. He was not first person to reach there though, indians were already travelling the world. The person who built the geoglyph came before him.The texts says it was created by god as eastern compass.
The patal loka (or south america) was place where Naags(snakes), Asuras(A tribe who was very advanced and spread on entire globe) and daityas (another tribe). The Supreme naaga god 'Anantnaag'(Also known as Sheshnaag) is vehicle of shiva. Snake represents many things in hindu faith. The asura king maya asura is king after which we have named mayan civilization. If you notice a pattern in ancient civilizations, u will find that the cities/landmass were either named after a tribe or famous king of that place. For example paracas candelabra is named so because paracas means light or shine and this mountain is golden in color. Kashmir was named after famous saint kashyap mir, mumbai was named after mumba devi(godess), germany after the famous tribe, Georgia after king george, turkiye after the tribe.
Hence ,maya after mayasur.

Also,all ancient civilizations considered some of their mighty kings as part of god who are sent by supreme(Ruling in name of god).So many of the deities r actually kings who are considered divine. This is how society always worked.

In hindu scriptures, god is one and invisible but unlike other modern faiths who think god can't come to earth as human(except christians who seem confused between monotheistic and polytheistic faith considered they also believe in jesus being godly as well as god being seprate entitiy)and just like ancient faiths, indians beleive that supreme's energy took form of these gods.
since cosmos itself is part of god, the material things , including human have a part of god in them(Hence joining hands and bowing gesture means 'i bow down to the god particle in you'.
If god is a desert then we are grain of sand or even less.
If we r made by his energy, we have some of that divine part, which is why we meditate and leave materialistic things and find true bliss.

But hindu texts don't claim that god created every ocean,plants specifically. It was more of domino effect according to most ancient text. The origin of universe is described as a single point which blasted ,an cosmic egg which broke open ,this egg contained intelligence,the cosmic water (matter). In last line ,they say "Everything se see came after universe was built,every star,sun ,moon, every planet was created after.Who even saw how the universe was built?So no one knows how it was created. Maybe he knows or maybe even he doesn't".
This right here sounds like something an agnostic person will say.
Considering hindus always call themselves "seeker" ,it means they were more of agnostic believing yet continuously searching and challanging the 'rigid' religious beliefs. Hence,being hindu means being a seeker and if u r a seeker then it doesn't really matter which faith u follow , that's why there is no eternal heaven or hell in hindu philosophy (there is no word like religion in hinduism, it's just different philosophies and research of ancients, more i read ,more i get confused because they information seems endless, even after millions of books were burned down throughout history).

Vishnu is considered a god who doesn't live on earth and is always resting in cosmic ocean, he is someone who creates the creator god, brahma (who is described as universe and his lifespan is equal to lifespan of this universe and he's not immortal, they gave specific calculations to count his lifespan which far exceeds what modern researchers claim about our Universe's lifespan and with each research ,researchers r continuously increasing the age of universe).
There is not just one brahma but endless (it means there are infinite number of universe and vishnu represents multiverse as he is the one who creates brahma(Our observable universe)when he exhales ,some universe dies when he inhales,new r born talking about cycle of life ,even our universe goes through cycle of life and death. This is fate of all material beings.
Krishna(the human avatar of vShru ishnu) was first one to give law of energy transfer. He claimed soul never dies ,it just changes body (hence rebirth and reincarnation, btw reincarnation is true as there r thousands of cases documented all over world where a person remebers his past life and every time they looked for proof of their claims , looking for place and people they claim to have been with in their past life, all turned out to be true, including cases from countries where their religion strictly prohibits belif in rebirth).
