While Colleen has always been a natural-born coach, she had her introduction to coaching as a profession in the athletic field almost 20 years ago.
She began her career as a Triathlon coach working for a Charity Endurance Sports Organization. After witnessing people cross the finish line of events that they had initially believed was impossible, her passion for coaching grew and from there and she decided to become a certified life coach.
She discovered systemic constellation work almost 10 years ago and was continually amazed by the transformative power of this work in helping people work through lifelong blocks in thinking and behaviors.
She became a Constellations facilitator, and this modality has become an integral part of her coaching work.
Her goal in working with clients is to help them achieve their optimal wellness by developing a deeper understanding of the habits and behaviors that may be preventing them from achieving their goals.
