We did a few houses with these, 2 summers ago, Boss knows a guy! A decent amount of prep(tying down rebar, bending 90’s) but end result was awesome 15’ walls!! Easy

I have seen foam construction before, but usually it's sandwiched between 2 pieces of plywood with a solid beam on each end. This just seems... weak.

These are concrete forms. The foam acts to form the concrete then serves as an insulator. Keeps your home more energy efficient.
