1)drawing how I feel
2)music, music helps me go through anything
3)naps, most of the time I’m tired and makes me more stressed out
4)petting my pets

Your stress reliever(s) might not help others. We all have our own way of calming down. Some ways might not work for you and that is okay as long as you find some ways that can help you with you stress.

Could you maybe make a video on how to express feelings? People always say "You should talk to someone" but it isn't that easy and I don't know if that's the case for more people or if it's just me. What I mean is how to talk about it in a healthy way, but also how to understand the body's signals

As someone with anxiety, when im feeling stressed or down, i usually start to journal, and if i have the time, i take a nap or simply hug my cats. Being with my pets always helps me relax a lot so that is my best therapy ^^
