I think JP is smart and has good takes often, but this one just seems... impossible and illogical. How many Amazon employes do creative work? 100.000? more? And only 300 of them do half the work? Completely impossible.
If you take the entire amount of workers 1.6 million that would mean 1200 workers do half the work for 1.6 million, aka. they do the work of 800.000 workers? Doubt it.

That is why the needed to hire 2 full time and 2 part time employees to replace me when I retired. I retired because my job was not fun any more.. I was passed over for promotional and raises, because I lacked a degree, told I should be grateful because I would not get laid off. But most of all, regardless that I had commendations from our customers giving cudos that I had created a state of the art process they wished everyone would use.... there were a few "degreed" employees allowed to bully me with impunity.... wonder why I left?
