어떤 기술이나 동작을 완전히 몸에 익히는데는 10,000번의 연습으로 단련해야 한다고 합니다.
이번달은 계속 머리치기 위주의 기본기와 공격기를 수련중인데,
매번 실력이 초기화 되는 느낌이 드네요.
이유가 뭘까 고민하다가,
영상을 편집하다보니 알게 되었네요.
총2일 120분 영상에서
그나마 쓸만한 영상이 10여분 남짓...
그만큼 수련 연습할때 집중해서 한칼을 쓰더라도 가치있게 연습해야 겠다는 반성을 합니다.
