The "Acts of Sylvester" not only claims that he tamed a real dragon, but also that he baptised Contantine, when St. Ambrose of Milan and St. Jerome claim that Constantine was baptised by the arian bishop Eusebius of Nicodemia on his death bed. The "Acts of Sylvester" also claims that he healed Constantine's leprosy, and this isn't found in the historical record or is recorded by any other sources. The only thing we know about St. Sylvester is that he convened the council of Arles to deal with the Donatists, and also the first council of Nicea, but he didn't attend either, instead sending legates. Whether this is due to ill-health or political concerns is unknown.
