So since you didn’t explain Jack shit, I’ll do it.
For phoenix’s ult, you want an enemy to have 1 or 3 sparks on them before you ult. (Add sparks by shooting them or using your abilities to mark them) This makes them either die in one shot or gets them low enough for you or your teammate to finish the job.
Also, after you ult, it heals you back to full HP.
