I’m thinking about purchasing one of the emery stock model gloves. I’ve been looking for reviews and there isn’t much… do you think emery is good quality? I currently have a 44 c2 model and I’m not happy with the quality of the leather and I heard that emery is good quality for the price. If you could provide some insight on this that would be great thanks!

My best gloves were always the ones I had used for years. If I got a new one I was instantly mashing that thing around and stepping on it to break it in. Worked everytime

Does it have to be conditioner or can you use anything with lanolin, I have Rawlings xl glove olium spray and it has lanolin

I didn’t realize it was different to break a glove in, in 2023😂

Water dipping can cause mold growth . Just spray the pocket with water then beat it with a mallet. Then after the leather dries rub in leather conditioner, and then back to the mallet. Then go play catch.

When I got my first glove I never really did anything to break it in I just used it in practice until it naturally broke in

What would you recommend for an 8/9 year old? I’m leaning A1000 or Rawlings HoH 11.5”
I bought him a cheaper Rawlings glove but the pocket isn’t deep enough. I wanted to get him something better now that he’s focusing on baseball
