Your fried rice came out too mushy, did you use too much water when you cooked it?

You dont want to introduce too much liquid into a fried rice like in your wet marinade for your chicken, itll add too much moisture to your fried rice, a good fried rice should be on the dry side. Hoisin sauce is like an asian bbq sauce, it can be overpowering if you use too much
