At the church I grew up at, all us kids used to throw ourselves down the biggest staircase in the building headfirst on our stomachs (there was a wide hallway that functioned as a landing area).
It was quite fun until I crossed the 120 pound-ish mark and my bones hardened up in my early teens. Then it started to hurt.
As for the breathing stims, she appears to like how the paper reacts to being blown around. A desk fan might be a good investment. And as far as using ones own lungs, something that provides more resistance and is thus less prone to hyperventilation is the old childhood pasttime of blowing bubbles in ones drink.

Crash pad, weighted vest, sensory swing, mini trampoline, peanut ball, compression sock... Looks like she's enjoying the sound/crinkle/flying of the paper. Try putting a little fan for her to throw the paper in front of. Throw a big bag of dried rice/beans or sand in a tub and let her play with it with cups or stuff around the house. You can do the same thing with water. My daughter is much the same, 5 years! It's beautiful ❤️ seems that she's seeking sensory experiences and vestibular input. You are doing great, mama. It's so hard.
