In today’s video I have a short calisthenics hack for you on how to do Chin-ups on gymnastic rings!

Video summary:

Spin the gymnastic rings inwards (one full rotation is enough).

This will create an inward torque which will make pulling yourself with with an underhand grip feel a lot more effortless.

Start with a neutral grip (palms facing each other) and on the way up switch to an underhand grip (palms facing yourself).

On the way down, allow the rings to turn naturally into a neutral grip again.

That's it!

Hello I was looking through YouTube to see if I could find someone that knows about what are the benefits of walking n I found you so I am so happy recently my doctor said something about my deep veins because my feet get swollen when I sit for 2 or 3 hours I need to build muscle in my calves that’s what he said so my question to you is if I walk every day like Monday through Friday is that gonna Build muscle in my calves? Thank you so much can you please answer my question appreciate it thank you so much I’m 72 years old but I can still walk
