Zutaten für den Salat:
1/2 Kopf Weißkohl
2 Salatgurken
1 kleiner Kopf Kopfsalat
Zutaten für das Dressing:
100 g Cashew- oder Pinienkerne
2 Knoblauchzehen
1 Schalotte
100 g Spinat
1 Bund Basilikum
Saft von einer Zitrone
Etwas Olivenöl
2 EL Reisessig
50 g Parmesan
Etwas Salz, Pfeffer
Zubereitung:
Alle Zutaten in kleine Stücke schneiden und in eine große Schüssel geben.
Alle Zutaten für das Dressing in einen Mixer geben und alles gut durchmixen.
Den Salat gut mit dem Dressing vermischen und mit besipielsweise Tortilla-Chips genießen. Guten Appetit!
