The only good thing I can think of for why she renovated an apartment that’s not hers is to build her portfolio, and what better way to trial your design and make improvements for the next project.

amazing. the landlord should easily get 8-10 years use out of the furniture which would add 10-20% rental income during that time. It is worth to let her be rent free for the first year or half rent for 2 years.
