Dude. This is so real! Not so much the sensitive teeth part but the issue of silent reflux. And all of those things really help. I’ve been modifying my diet and lifestyle for the past year or so.

I stopped using Listerine 4 yrs ago. I used remineralizing toothpaste (Tom's) and in the night time after tongue scraping I would leave the toothpaste in over night.

I have 0 pain now. I could never drink a hot black coffee and ice cold water back to back without my knees wanting to buckle.

Now I'm fine. I stay the hell away from mouthwash. I even tried the gentler mouth wash but my teeth went back to hurting.

So I just tongue scrape and use coconut oil instead. It's a great natural disinfectant that strengthens teeth.

I did NOT expect my eternally clogged throat to be potentially connected to bad breath and teeth sensitivity in the back. This is definitely a lifesaver, I'm gonna remember to just sit instead of lying down and switching to flossing instead.

I used to have really sensitive teeth before I had my root canals removed. Turns out all 5 of my root canals had an infection and were causing havoc in my body. I have never had senstive teeth since. That was a year ago now. I also used to have bad acid reflux too. I encourage others to find a dentist that can perform a Cone Beam CT scan because regular x-rays do not detect all infections.

Great Info Dr. Joe!! I first heard of Silent Reflux form my excellent Larnyzologist (ENT) a few years ago. The same symptoms described here is what he told me as well.. My GI dr said That's Impossible, he stands corrected as Silent Reflux is making its way to the forefront. Not only SR make your throoat hoarse, throat clearing, Fullness in the ears (SR affects your sinuses too), Post nasal Drip , affect the teeth, bad breath / coated tongue all without the typical Heart burn of GERD.

Abrasion on teeth if caused by reflux, it should be detected by a dentist, everything should not have been seen normal if the examination by the dentist is done correctly.

Btw, as a dentist, i love your videos. Keep the good work up! ❤

On the contrary, enough acid keeps the LES valve shut. Too little acid makes the valve open. By drinking alkaline water will make acid reflux worse.

Nice video. Thanks. You forgot to mention the major benefits of a TCR diet! Acid Reflux goes away in a matter of just days with Therapeutic Carbohydrate Restriction.

I've also experiences tooth pain from what I think is my neck/abs/chest pulling too hard and my back not pulling enough, or vice versa. Sometimes it's the top teeth, sometimes it's the bottom. And there's also tension on my scalp I can feel

You can also mineralize your teeth with toothpaste or powders that contain Nano-Hydroxyapatite.
