I just use a mechanical keyboard with silver cherry mx switches and don’t use quickcast. Super fast to tap key twice.

If you hold Q won’t that have the same effect?
To each their own of course, but if I’m not mistaken, mine are the regular keys as it comes, and if you hold it down, then it won’t quick cast
