Justice Sinha means no nonsense. She is a lady judge with exemplary rectitude to the extent she refiused to get brow beaten by the intimidation of a fellow senior judge for proceeding dispassionately against the most influential youth leader who according to the judge had a bright political future which should not be distracted by the charges of griveous offence. Justic Sinhar wasted no time to lodge official complaint against the unwarranted conduct of this judge supposedly in cahoots with vested political interest. A similar complaint was also lodged against that accused judge by Justice Gangyopadhya doubting intentions of this senior judge to reverse or adjourn series of legitimate verdicts against the same dubious person regarding school service scam. All tese r in public domain and CJI of CHC had reported the matter instantly to CJI of SCI but that continued in deep slumber until aroused by an uproar of the intrepid judge. A five member enquiry committee was then formed by CJI of SC when these unseemly incidents came to wide notice in press but alas! that is again in cold storage with one pf the members of SC already retired. Will Bikash Babu not act on the bizarre misconduct of a senior judge who even continues as a chc judge despite his teansfer to Cuttack high court three years ago and why what is so lucrative in chc?
