Nunca se me habia ocurrido poner huevos a cocer en olla a presión,la mitad del tiempo 5 minutos en basija regular son 10 minutos para huevos duros y 3 minutos hirviendo para yemas blanditas,se ponen junto con el agua a hervir y cuando rompa el hervor se cuentan los 3 minutos,despues igual se ponen en agua temperatura ambiente y se va dando golpes con el canto de la cuchara hasta que se abren en dos partes y se sacan con la cuchara para servirlos en pozuelitos pequeños se les espolvorea sal y se comen con migas de pan en el desayuno
