These games have milestones like win-lose points that come in small times like 5-10 minutes depends on the game. If you know which game is it (or simply communicate it) you can say "right after that specific point".
Games are something kids do (and you too, lets be real candy crush) and they have goals on. Just ask them in the currency of the game not outside world.

The real solution here is parents knowing enough about the game to give them a realistic stopping point. "After this level/battle/etc" or "the next time your character d!es" are much more realistic and mindful of the kid's wants than just saying "five more minutes", which is both unrealistic if the game doesn't work in evenly timed chunks like that or if the child has a poor concept of time passing (5min of something enjoyable to me feels like seconds, but 5min of something unpleasant feels like an hour).
