With the set up of the bathroom i would actually be very happy if it was set up with all the vents. Its a go for me sir

Fans are for humidity control. Fans are not code required in the toilet room. Minimum CFM is 50. Because code requires humidity control where there is a sink and a bathing area the operable window meets that requirement, the other fans are optional and not code requirement so they are for connivence.

A lot of air leaks, won't be an efficient house at all. 1 6" HRV or ERV line in the center of the room would be better. Control the air leaks

First off that window doesn’t look opaque. Up to them if they want everyone watching them take a bath or shower. Regarding the venting, you can never have too much.
But I would definitely have rigid ducting running from those exhaust fans. Great video my friend 👍

Not overkill. But, as has been commented below, make sure it's adequate ductwork to get the moisture out. In most places I've seen, those little fans didn't really seem to do enough to vent those areas, but every little bit can help. Yes it can get too much moisture if there's both a tub and shower being used.

never enough!

Not overkill if there's a door on the toilet room. Actually, the window in the bathroom will suffice here in Mississippi.

Well done, it makes total sense

depends on CFM of those fans, they look low (same w vent), so I think it's ok.

I won't install anything smaller than 110cfm fan for a tiny 3 piece. Never enough air extraction.

Good amount. Def want one over shower and above toilet makes a big difference. I put one in toilet room

Very much, I think the window was a bad move. It was more for a look but should've been fixed. Good morning Brother Moore.

I would be more concerned about the fans venting discharge into the soffit. It is hard to prevent backdrafts, and there is a risk of moisture being drawn into the house through the roof venting.

If winter time would you not create a very cold drafty bathroom. Just seems like all the insulation money spent on new homes goes out the vent.

I think it is overkill but you don’t have to turn them all on better to have them now then need them later

I would if I could
One vent for each spot
