Maybe three tiers instead to two as the skirt is longer and the 1X looks kinda weird

For larger sizes, you need to add more layers to give a flattering aline affect which I think your looking for with this skirt. The smaller sizes look great as they are but you need to add layering for larger sizes so they don't ( don't take this the wrong way) look frumpy.

The larger size doesn't look quite right, but the smaller looks great

Definitely would recommend looking into patterning for plus size if you havent! They look completely different because the second is not hitting in the same way as the xs at all. Completely different fits

Make sure that your pattern slopers are drafted for plus size people and not just expanded straight sizing slopers. If they are not specifically drafted for plus size, the patterning will always come out a little weird, which is the case for this plus size skirt it just looks off.

You need more tiers or layers on the 1X skirt. The skirt just hangs on the modelā€™s body as opposed to the small modelā€™s skirt creating an A Line effect.

The 1X length was already pass the finger tips, so I think instead of adding length, cut the tiers (essentially making more tiers) to make it look like there's more while being more proportionate would look visually better.

Agree with the people saying you need to adjust pattern for the plus size one! Love the straight size version, but both the plus size ones are not it, the original plus size is already longer than fingertip on that model. Love what you're doing otherwise and love how open to feedback you are! šŸ’•

You need to make the front shorter than the back in large sizes. The back is being lifted up by the bigger booty and it can make a skirt too short in the back and too long / frumpy from the front at the same time! Keep the ruffle the same length but lift it in the front. (The skirt doesnt need any more length in this size).

The xs looks sooo cute with the new length.

Smaller model length looks great. The 1X skirt looks really long. Like, knee length long instead of midi-thigh long.

As an XL girlie i 10000% agree with all the other comments...the 1X is... not giving. It looks like a completely different skirt. I think layers could help, but im not 100% sure without seeing what the back looks like on the model. Length is great for the ASSets, but if it's too long in the front, it can be so unflattering(imo). As a bigger girl, i prefer something that helps allude to a slimmer tummy and longer legs. Which, the layers would most likely help a bit with the tummy, but, again, it can't be too long or too puffy, or else it can look frumpy. But, I will admit i am more picky with my silhouette as well as very sensitive to fit differences like this bc they trigger my worst body dysmorphoria.

I think the plus size didnā€™t even need alteration. Itā€™s already a great length on that size ā˜ŗļø

Definitely prefer the longer length option, bit agree the 1x and probably other sizes, should have additional tiers instead of just the 2.
Or possibly adjusting how much length is added per size? The original design in my opinion was way to short in S-L but the 1X original length looks decent.

I feel like on the 1x model, the regular length is already long

Feedback for the 1x from a petite curvy 1x herself who makes some of her own clothes, we have more booty so we need the skirt longer to cover that, but the front of the skirt (in both lengths) is sooooo much longer than the small one because of that. I find skirt tend to have a high-low effect on me but with the high part being behind me. When I make my own skirts I rework the pattern so the front is slightly (1-2 cm) shorter than the back so that itā€™s more of an even line around my body. Otherwise I have half tight length in the back and above the knee in the front, which is too much a difference. It also makes a person look super droopy and is not so cute.

AAAND (like everyone else) more layers for the larger sizes. Fabric lays differently when creating a smaller/large design of something, so that needs to be adapted. The weight of the actual fabric is pulling it down, more layers will add more structure to the garment, giving the same effect without getting rid of the vibe of the piece.

This is obviously NOT it on the 1x for model. Just because we have thick thighs doesnā€™t mean we want to hide them
