In this episode, we were riding from Aimere to Labuan Bajo in Flores in Nusa tenggara timur after a 21 hours ferry ride from Kupang. The road was amazing and on the way to Labuan bajo to catch our ferry boat to cross to Sulawesi, we went to a monastery that has a coffee shop to enjoy the local Manggarai Coffee. Sister Natalie, the lead nun at Good Shephard monastery gave us a tour in there and explained to us their mission in Flores, which one of them is to help the local ladies to be independent.
From there we stopped in Lembor to enjoy the beautiful rice fields scenery that surrounded by the mountains while having an amazing mango picnic.
We were lucky to be able to enjoy a beautiful sunset looking over the ocean from the mountain outside Labuan Bajo.
Such a great last ride in Flores. Such a terrific island for bikers to do a motorcycle tour!
