I got to a point where I stopped doing that by the time I reached my mid 20’s. In my opinion, I have one of the best jobs in the world perpetual student. I study what I want just about and I treat it like a job. Most of my days are studying and not the “Oh, he just studies for 20 minutes and then goes on Youtube for the rest of the day!” No, I literally spend most of my days studying except, I try to take it a bit easier on weekends to prevent burnout. The only downside is I don’t get paid lol.

Or. Find somone that is living the life you wish you had and ask them to be mentored. I have found people who are very successful want to teach.
Just be careful what you wish for. If is pretty much only money you will end up very lonely even when you are surrounded by "friends and family".

I was always told, "don't look down, look up". To avoid being lazy and to be inspired, you should look at people who are doing better than you. It only causes unhappiness if you don't have a growth mindset.
I think maybe it's better to avoid looking at others altogether, concentrate on yourself and your goals.
