Personally I donāt want it but I know people who do. Itās mostly people who donāt want a smart watch but do want health tracking. My workmate for example wears a gold watch that was passed down to her from her grandmother and wants to keep wearing it so a ring would make sense to her.

Several questions, how long would the battery last? How would you charge it? Would you be able to trade in an Apple Watch for it because otherwise thereās no point in having both if they both do the same thing? Wdym by more capable because of is size, what types of features do you envision being possible because of the fact that itās simply smaller than an Apple Watch?

I have been using my Apple Watch for 3 yrs straight but recently got into wearing automatic watches.. i still from time to time wear my Apple Watch on some days or travel.. but a ring would make complete sense so i could keep collecting watches and enjoy them and still track everything i need to.. but how would the battery life be on something that small ? Would make sense if it was solar powered but highly unlikely thatās gonna happen, otherwise itās gonna cost a bomb ..

I disagree. I donāt think it makes sense at all. Iām not sure who this product would be for exactly. Apple likes to sell products that complement each other and work in an ecosystem, but I canāt see the ring offering anything that the watch doesnāt. Nobody is going to buy this just to help with Vision Pro tracking. So why would you buy both the ring and the watch?I donāt see this ever happening.

My guess is that Apple will wait to see what kind of market there would be for such a device and if they can take up the share of it. For me, I would like the option to have one.
