These are great to make ahead for barbeques or really just anytime. They actually really easy to make! I hope ypu will give them a try:)

Ingredients:
2 cups cold heavy (whipping) cream
14oz can cold sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
12oz jar fudge sundae topping
8oz marshmallow fluff
16 graham crackers

**using a very cold bowl and beaters, beat together heavy cream, condensed milk and vanilla until stiff peaks. This will take about 10 minutes depending on the temperature of the room you are working in. Evenly divide and spread mixture into 2 11"x 9" pans (or similar size) lined with plastic or foil. Freeze 1-2 hours. Once mixture is solid enough to spread toppings go ahead and layer marshmallow fluff on top of one and fudge on the other. Sandwich the layers together so fudge and fluff are in the center of the ice cream mixture. Freeze over night. Cut into 8 sections about the size of the graham crackers. In the video I trimmed a little of the edges because my pan had rounded corners and I wanted it to be more square with the graham crackers. That is not necessary if you pans are already have square edges. Put ice cream slices in between 2 graham crackers. You can eat them right away or freeze for later but I recommend wrapping them individually if freezing for later to keep them fresh.
