Yes. The Fine Tuning argument is a God of the Gaps argument.

Well… argument from fine tuning doesn’t result in a Christian God, a personal god as described in the bible. The argument is too often used in support of Christianity, of which this proves nothing. We know the earth supports life, but the question remains whether it was designed to support human life specifically or if we were an evolutionary accident.
