To clear up the confusion, the ball has to go OUTSIDE the antenna.

If the ball went outside the antenna, and send the ball back inside the antenna without stepping onto the opponents court (stepping outside anywhere outside the 10m x 10m square is okay) then it would be legal, but because it went back to their court outside the antanna its not legal
