I think
Rook e4 take the queen
Black king take the rook
White king go to d2
If pawn push to b2
Then white king go to c2
If pawn promote on b1
White king can take the queen and draw

Only Kd1 works

If Qxe3, (=)
If b2, Rxe4+ Kxe4, Kc2 b1=Q+, Kxb1 (=)
If Kd4, Rxe4+ Kxe4, and now you can properly get opposition and set up the draw

If he pushes the pawn, rook takes the queen then it's check then the king takes the rook then white king c2, if pawn promotes white king takes pawn stalemate, if king moves then white king takes pawn stalemate,

After pawn b3, just take the queen with rook. King is in check. He takes rook. You move king towards pawn and capture it before it promotes.

In the last position, we can't draw in 2 koves. But we can in 3 moves. Just take the queen, go next to the pawn and capture it next move

Take the queen with rook, this time you will be able to catch the pawn and draw

If he pushes the pawn instead capture the queen with check then king can capture the pawn 😊

When your king is on e2 you can just take queen with a check the chase down pawn. Your king is close enough

Draw in two moves: 1) take the queen with the rook (black king takes rook)
2) White’s king goes to c2 and there’s technically no way that black can stop a draw.
