      AMAZING garlic herbed focaccia bread that is super easy, no fuss, no knead, and soooo perfectly fluffy, airy, chewy and delicious with a perfect crunchy exterior. The roasted garlic inside just adds another layer of dimension pairing perfectly with thyme, rosemary, and freshly cracked black pepper 🙌

      I’m literally so obsessed with focaccia right now I would eat it everyday if I could 😤 I mean just look at that texture and listen to that crunch ugh I love bread so much 😔 Anyway… I highly recommend everyone go make this right now because you will THANK me.

      FULL RECIPE

      750g flour (6 cups)
      2 bulbs of garlic (roasted with oil and wrapped in foil at 400 f for 40 mins)
      3 tsp yeast
      2 tbsp sugar
      1 tbsp salt
      2 tsp rosemary
      1 tsp thyme
      675g cold water
      40g oil + more for covering bottom of pan + more for drizzling on top
      Black pepper

      Mix all dry ingredients together, then add cold water and oil, stir together until homogenous; no dry flour on bottom. Mix in the roasted garlic until homogenous. Let rise covered for at least 12 hours at room temp. Drizzle oil on bottom of 12”x16” pan, oil fingers and scrape dough into pan, flip to coat all sides with oil. Then flatten and stretch out to the sides of the pan. Let rise covered for 1 1/2 hours. Preheat oven to 500F. Drizzle more oil on the dough and dimple with fingers. Add black pepper and other toppings if desired. Bake at 500F for 20-25 mins or until top is golden. Let cool slightly, slice (or don’t) and ENJOY
