A foreman on a jobsite i was working on got fed up and said keep your cell phones in the lunchroom trailer. Next person who gets caught gets fired. 20 minutes later he texts the entire crew "Come see me right away". Everybody who came before break time got fired ๐

I have done concrete work for many years. Years ago in Hawaii I had a younger guy working for me who was constantly and I mean constantly on his phone. One day we were doing a job on the beach. I told him like five times to get off of his phone. Finally I just came and took it right out of his hand and threw it into the ocean. ๐ฎ๐ฎ

Lmao... so my company had a no cell phone policy on site . They wrote a guy up for walking from his car to the punch because he had his phone. This kinda pissed me off when i heard about it because my position it was required for me to always have my phone on me... so the next day i walked right into the sups office that wrote him up to just chit-chat... the entire time, i was just texting away, watching his face turn to rage because he couldn't say anything to me or even ask me about it... now days... i can totally feel the urge to do this... they new guys take every chance to play on their phone.... kid, you aint taking an hour shit.... get out the latrine and get back to work.

Just recently my foreman had to tell a dude to get off his cell phone gave him an attitude and they went back and forth. The idiot with the phone proceeds to say, "what you want me to walk out the jobsite?" Foreman didnt care and said bye Felicia.
