Sytuacja jest taka, że wina wychowawców. Osoby niebezpieczne z uszkodzonym mózgiem muszą być izolowane. Pewnie przychodzą mądrale od zarządzana i je dopuszczają kosztem życia innych, jednak bez protestu wychowawców to się nie zmieni.
