Moon Salutations are a lesser taught salutation in yoga, but a cooling alternative to the sun salutations. Because of this, they are nice to do in the evening (I teach a full Moon Salutations class in my Evening Flows program on YA Classes: youaligned.com/classes/evening-flows/)
