This isn’t an average disc herniation… it’s massive!!!

❓What is a disc herniation?
When the inner gel-like part of the disc (nucleus pulposus) pushes out through a tear in the outer layer (annulus fibrosus) that it compresses nerves—or even the spinal cord—it can be a massive problem.

Symptoms can include:
-Severe back or leg pain
-Numbness or weakness
-In serious cases: loss of bladder or bowel control

Some can be treated without surgery, but others may need surgery to relieve the pressure and get you back to life.

Have you ever seen a disc herniation this big?? Comment below and let me know what you think!!

Thank you for sharing this awesome video! So the patient no longer has this damaged disc. Was it replaced? What was the next step after disc removal?

Why did it have to be removed? Wouldn't it heal on it's own? I had one & they just did nerve blocks.😢
