Can confirm you nailed this. Had sepsis a few years back from a kidney infection rapid onset took a nap feeling crappy woke up dying. Having a fever of 104-106 does some weird shit to your mental faculties I kept swinging between “I’m fine stop poking at me” and some variation of thrashing around once my Brain started processing how NOT fine everything was😅

you didn’t mention elevated respiratory rate which can be an important indicator of sepsis. otherwise, very informative video
