How would I go about growing these for myself? Your salad with tahini looked fabulous! I know how to sprout my almonds and so on but I have never grown sprouts themselves... Micro greens are the closest. Do I need anything more than potting soil, seeds and compost? Do you have any recommendations for videos/books I could educate myself with? As I am positive you are a very busy being. :) Thank you

I've seen you mention Broccoli Sprouts in a couple of previous videos now... I never knew what they were, and then I googled it and realised it was watercress π«£. That's what we call it in the UK
