Crunchy, tangy, and oh-so-delicious-Street Style Kurkure Aloo Tikki Chaat🌶️ Give it a try today!

Ingredients:
🔸Potatoes - 2 large
🔸Corn flour - 3 to 4 tablespoons
🔸Salt - 1 teaspoon (divided)
🔸Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
🔸Curd (Yogurt) - as needed
🔸Green chutney - as needed
🔸Tamarind chutney (Imli chutney) - as needed
🔸Pomegranate seeds - for garnish
🔸Mint leaves (Pudina leaves) - for garnish
🔸Oil - for frying

Recipe:
1. Wash and peel the potatoes. Grate them and wash the grated potatoes 3 to 4 times until the water runs clear, removing all starch.
2. Soak the grated potatoes in hot water with some salt for 5 minutes. Then drain and allow them to dry or pat dry with a towel.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated potatoes, corn flour, salt, and red chili powder.
4. Shape the mixture into tikkis and shallow fry them until golden and crispy on both sides.
5. Once fried, cut the tikkis into pieces and arrange them on a plate.
6. Top with yogurt, green chutney, and tamarind chutney.
7. Garnish with crushed chips, more yogurt, chutneys, sev, pomegranate seeds, and mint leaves.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy the delightful flavors of Street Style Kurkure Aloo Tikki Chaat!!🔥
