Get into a lunge position, and lower your back knee to the ground. Lean forwards until you feel a moderate stretch on the front of the thigh of your back leg. Hold for a few seconds, and relax. .

2. ๐—•๐—จ๐—ง๐—ง๐—˜๐—ฅ๐—™๐—Ÿ๐—ฌ ๐—ฆ๐—ง๐—ฅ๐—˜๐—ง๐—–๐—›:
Sit down on the ground with your legs in front of you. Grab your feet and pull them towards you, and position them so the soles of your feet are facing each other and touching. Hold your feet with your hands and rest your elbow on your knees. While keeping your back relatively straight, allow your knees to fall to the ground and apply a gentle pressure down with your elbows. You should feel for a gentle stretching sensation in your inner groin.
