So, for example, within the same day I had three people doing work at my home. We’d just built a house. The guy sat in an enormous track hoe breaking up our old trailer and dumping it into a huge dumpster. The ladies were doing a construction clean of our house. Those ladies busted literal A the whole time. The guy made 5k, the ladies made $400. In all honesty the ladies worked harder. Their work was not valued like the guy tearing down the old home that sat in an air conditioned seat moving gears. Who’s fault is that? You chose to clean homes. He saved his money and bought a track hoe. Women don’t value the work of other women the same as men value the work of other men. That was on full display to me that day. I could have done that same work for free but just didn’t want to. My husband doesn’t own a track hoe. Men respect hard working men. Women don’t respect hard working women the same. If they did, we’d charge more.

Let’s try listening to an adult. I’m one. The woman is obviously young and in indoctrination school. Go ahead and do the job by completing the work. What I experienced after working quite a few years in engineering was that women were being held to MUCH lower standards. Like SE3 structural engineering engagement and EQUITY. Top engineering student from my university was challenged for promotion by a woman not qualified for the position. It was entertained. She lost. Rightfully so and my buddy topped the list. My experience with women in civil/structural engineering is in school they were handed jobs and the men were hung out to dry. A few years later ALL the women engineers I knew QUIT had kids and let a man earn the bacon. I’m 47 SWM from berkeley, no more sympathies for the woke people playing victim Olympics.

Refreshing to see someone of her age and gender actually engaging in a thoughtful civil conversation without being defensive and screaming buzzwords and insults, admitting she doesn't know the difference between two similar terms, and allowing herself to learn something new about a topic about which she feels strongly, but doesn't really know enough about to have such a strong opinion.
