We had a code for when i either didnt want to stay over or wanted to go home early, my mum would ask if I'd fed the cats and if i said no it meant i wanted to stay because it was like saying no i wont be there to feed the cats, and yes was, yes i want to go home and feed the cats. It was extra sneaky because i said the opposite word to what was expected

Never went to a sleepover when i was young. You expect me to deviate from my routine and sleep in a house I've never seen and has different smells, lighting, and textures. No thanks
