Full fat milk 500ml ( reseve 1/4 cup milk for corn flour)
Corn flour 3 Tbspn mixed with 1/4 cup milk reserved from above 500 ml milk.
Fresh full fat cream 200 ml or approximately little less than 1 cup
Sugar 4 Tbspn
Rose Essence 1/4 Tspn
Garnishing
Rose syrup as required
Chopped Roasted pistachios
Tips
Cook everything on low flame
stir corn flour mixture before u pour it into milk,cream and sugar mixture
stir continuously on low flame with whisk .
it will tak 13-15 minutes depending on intensity of flame.
Once you pour into glass stir it occasionally to cool it else it will form layer on top.
4 hrs chilling in refrigerator is must overnight will give best results.
serve chilled
