CHF is from bread. The bromated gmo glyphosated bread makes your center swell with water. The wheat was genetically modified to do that. I had it and got rid of it with the carnivore diet. I lost 40 lbs in 4 months and 10 lbs since then. I have 50 to go but I need to quit the stevia. Raise cattle young man!!! Learn to butcher also!!! Glad you are doing well!!
