Menstrual cups changed everything easier finally periods are less painful and no leakage problems, no pain during discharge💯,no irritation, no wet feeling, and no duck walks🤣🤣🤣🤣, I can sit and sleep in any positions . I was using pads from my 1st periods onwards for 4 years and for the past 3 years from December 2020 onwards I m using a menstrual cup small size ,now it's been 3 years almost i cant even imagine of going back to pads .
Just give it a Try , 1st time everyone fails in the correct way of inserting a cup then slowly u will find your own way in 3 to 4 attempts ❤. Finally, U can travel anywhere without the worry of changing the pads frequently, because cups can hold upto 12 hours , if u use cups there is no need to change it in your work places or college. research about it and just give a try, u love it like us 💯

As a paramedic, I will tell the ladies one thing: do not use without some lubricant or sterile gel. What manufacturers forget to tell you is that these things can get sucked into your labia wall very tight.
If the ladies only knew how many women we see at the ER because of this.

I had heavy painful periods I ended up with what we thought were uterine fibroids and I had to have a hysterectomy. The biopsy showed I had uterine leiomyosarcoma an agressive cancer. If your periods are heavy enough you have to wear a diaper get checked for cancer. It could save your life.
