SIXiDES is an interior design and renovation web platform that uses tech to change the way people renovate their homes. We are a B2B2C solution and we are the only platform that will provide an integrated solution that guides the users right from the very beginning till the end of the renovation journey.

In Singapore, renovation constantly tops the charts in consumer complaints. It is a painful subject and renovation does not have a good reputation.
 
In our study of all the current renovation platforms available in Singapore, many serve as digital marketeers and lead generation to the B2B with little to no value add to the consumer market.
 
As Singaporeans see home ownership as a way, to grow their wealth, they treat the renovation process and the expenditure quite seriously.
 
As the processes are analog, many if not all the renovation works done in Singapore are still done in a non-green way with little considerations and emphasis to the health and well-being of the occupants. To top it off, there is a lot of waste generation for every renovation project, and it usually ends up in the landfills and incineration plants.

We will use tech that we had develop to bring it into the renovation process. This will be a win-win solution that both users and our b2b subscribers can benefit right from the beginning through to the end of the renovation project.
 
SIXIDES has also partnered with SIT (Singapore institute of technology), a local university to come up with training courses to elevate the trade and the industry. This will include sustainability, contract laws and administration, project management etc.
 
Our website will provide a reliable and safe haven for consumers to research with ease and gain a deeper, more meaningful understanding of the materials, the designers and the intended renovation for their homes.
 
We will have a tech feature that allows both users and our designers to project manage using our web platform. They can monitor progress, chart milestones and even plan payment schedules. This will be what we mean by guiding and being part of the renovation process from start till end.
 
With this powerful project management feature, we will have collected enough facts and data to mitigate, arbitrate or deconflict when unpleasant situations arise in the course of the renovation works. This will set us very far apart versus the competition.
