She sucks because she charges a lot and probably didn't use a different set of makeup but how she charges is how she charges, don't want to pay, don't hire her.
The bride sucks because she lied to the woman about the occasion and even knew how much she actually charged and actively tried to lie to her.
I'd say the Bride is more wrong because she knowingly went out of her way to try and get cheap services for the occasion. The makeup artist has her own business don't want to pay her prices, simply don't hire her and don't lie to get cheaper service.
